Event organisers across regional New South Wales are being encouraged to apply for funding, with the Regional Event Fund now officially open.
Grants of up to $50,000 are available to support the delivery and growth of events that attract visitors and boost local economies across regional communities.
The program, delivered by Destination NSW, offers three funding streams designed to support events at different stages of development.
These include:
- Incubator Event – supporting new and emerging events
- Flagship Event – for established events that draw significant visitation
- Event Development – helping existing events grow and expand
Event organisers are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunity, with funding aimed at strengthening regional tourism and community engagement.
Applications are open now and close on April 12.
