The Eulo Motorbike Gymkhana is returning this Easter, with a full weekend of outback action planned April 3, 4 and 5 at the Eulo Sports Grounds.
The popular community event brings together riders, families and visitors from across the region for a weekend of racing, entertainment and classic outback hospitality.
The weekend kicks off Friday evening with dinner and the bar open from 6pm, giving visitors a chance to settle in ahead of the main competition.
Saturday’s program
Saturday begins with breakfast from 7am, before the Gymkhana competition starts at 8am. Events throughout the day include the Family Double Barrels, followed by dinner, the auction and calcutta, with the celebrations continuing into the night with DJ entertainment and the bar open.
Sunday’s events
Sunday gets underway with breakfast at 7am and the Gymkhana starting at 8:30am. The day features several key events including Ladies Double Barrels, the Sam Beresford Memorial Double Barrels, and the Stockmen’s Challenge on Sunday afternoon.
A special guest appearance will also see Toby Hederics, Rookie of Dakar 2025, attending the event.
Families are encouraged to attend, with the Easter Bunny making a special visit for the kids across the weekend.
Camping and facilities
Visitors are welcome to stay for the whole weekend, with free camping and showers available at the sports grounds. The canteen and bar will operate throughout the event.
All motorbike riders are required to wear appropriate safety gear including helmet, long sleeve shirt, pants and boots covering the ankles, with no four-wheelers permitted.
Organisers say the Gymkhana promises another great Easter weekend for the Eulo community and a fantastic chance for travellers passing through the region to experience a true outback event.
