TEN4TEN Community Festival – Brewarrina
The TEN4TEN Community Health Festival is returning to Brewarrina from Tuesday 22 to Thursday 24 September 2026.
Any adult living in Brewarrina can come to the Brewarrina Community Centre for a free, private health check between 7 am and 5 pm each day.
Each health check takes approximately one hour. No booking or referral is required, but checks are limited to the first 200 adults.
Brewarrina is the first community participating in TEN4TEN — Healthier Tiny Towns, a ten-year initiative led by the Co-design Health Research and Innovation team at UNSW. TEN4TEN works alongside communities to identify local health priorities, build on local strengths and develop practical solutions together.
The first TEN4TEN Community Health Festival was held in Brewarrina in March 2026, with 188 adults taking part.
Activities: Free community health and wellness checks Vouchers to the value of $50 at local stores for people who complete the health check.
Admission: Free to attend – Limited to 200 places only.
