Proudly presented by Brewarrina Shire Council, the Brewarrina Blizzard is back again!
Ice skating and ‘snow’ is not what you’d expect to find in one of the hottest and driest regions of NSW, but that’s exactly what’s on offer in the remote community of Brewarrina this July.
The Brewarrina Blizzard is a free weeklong winter wonderland in the heart of outback NSW, with a full-sized ice rink, snow experience, food vendors and more, offering an unforgettable experience not usually available in this part of Australia.
The Blizzard is open daily from 10am to 8pm, with free ice skating sessions – skates and penguin skate aids included. Plus, there’s plenty of food and drinks available and ample spots to sit back, relax and take in the action.

- Sessions are 45 minutes each. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your session for check in and to fit skates.
