The much-loved Welcome to Coonamble event is marking a major milestone in 2026 — celebrating its 40th anniversary with a special informal dinner designed to bring new residents and locals together.
The anniversary dinner will be held on Saturday, March 14 at 6pm at the Coonamble Bowling Club Auditorium, offering a relaxed and friendly setting to meet fellow community members, make connections and feel truly at home in Coonamble.
For four decades, the Welcome to Coonamble initiative has helped newcomers settle in, build networks and become part of the fabric of the district. The 40th anniversary celebration is not only about welcoming new faces — it’s about recognising the strong community spirit that continues to define Coonamble.
